  The best thing about this Walmart is the self check...A few cashiers are nice but the rude ones can ruin your day...What ever happened to a friendly greeting and actually communicating with your customer.?? Sometimes its just a blank stare, or if I ask a question about the price I have gotten ignored...Unbelievable!! How they get away with this attitude and total disrespect to customers.....They just dont care...

  I had a horrible experience at the Vision Center. There was only one employee besides the doctor; she was busy and asked me to come back after my shopping. So I came back after about 15-20 minutes and she was with another patient while a mother and daughter were waiting. Still, rather than telling me she couldn't help me at the time and that I would have to come back another day, she kept me waiting for another 30 minutes, not once even acknowledging me. Finally after ringing up the one customer and directing the others to another room, she turned and told me that if I needed anything at all, she wasn't going to be able to get it for me because she was the only one there. I would have happily left if she had let me know sooner. All I needed was a question answered, and she made it seem as though even answering a simple question put her out. I work in customer service as well, and while I realize that staying late and being overwhelmed can be frustrating, there is no reason to take it out on a potential customer with a poor attitude. I will drive all the way to Missoula not to have to go through that ordeal again.

  Horrible customer service. Called earlier in the day Steve if I could bring in an 8 week old puppy to get fitted for a harness they said it shouldn't be a problem if long as I was in and out barely walked in the door and older gentleman named Lee flat out asked is that a service animal I responded no it's an eight-week-old puppy and is here to get a harness he says you're gonna have to take the dog and go. I said to this Lee is it okay to have to be a dick about it and he says I'll be a dick about it if I want to but I want to go speak to the manager he wasn't in so I spoke with the assistant manager who works in produce which seemed not to care that his employees actually telling a customer " I'll be a Dick if i want to be" way to go Walmart. I'm so happy you felt so great about telling a customer and a well behaved 8 week old puppy to get the hell out. Maybe you should try this tactic on unruly children you have running around your whole store.
